There are good transport options nearby. The closest bus stop is around 100 m away and there is a asian food store next to the bus stop. The closest Alepa-shop is around 350 meters away, as is the closest pizza place. Espoo center is 750 meters away and there is a mall. There are two train stations within 1 km range. Nearby are also some schools, a church and a daycare.

I am looking for a long time tenant, but I will rent for shorter periods for a slightly higher price.

Tenant must have home insurance. No smoking. Pets must be agreed beforehand. Credit info will be checked. The rent will rise according to the consumer price index yearly, or 2% which ever is larger.
